Small Business Resources at the library

Do you manage a small business?  APL can help!  Whether you need to update your technology skills or want to polish your managerial style, the library has the free resources you need in a tough economy.  Universal Class offers classes in "Conflict Resolution" and "Payroll Management".  Are you in need of better marketing?  Take a "Marketing for Small Business 101", "Internet Marketing Basics", or "Effective Presentations" class.  Upgrading software?  Try the "MS Office 2010" or "Quicken Deluxe: 2010" classes.

Also, we continually update our print collection.  Recent titles added to the collection include YouTube for Business: Online Video Marketing for Any Business by Michael Miller, and The Drama Free Office: A Guide to Healthy Collaboration with  Your Team, Coworkers, and Boss by Jim Warner.  Log in to the e-catalog to request any title.  Your userid is your library card number and your PIN is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
